Our Menai Bridge, Abergele and Denbigh offices specialise in Compulsory Purchase Claims and Compensation Claims for wayleaves, easements and subsequent losses.

The most recent Compulsory Purchase scheme that some of our Chartered Surveyors have been involved in is the Caernarfon and Bontnewydd Bypass and De-trunking Scheme. With regard to Compensation Claims we act on a daily basis against the likes of Welsh Water, Scottish Power and Openreach. In most cases, our professional fees and expenses are met by the Acquiring Authority or Statutory Undertaker.
