Method of Sale

Tender Forms are available from our Denbigh Office and can be sent via email on request. All offers must be submitted by way of the Tender Forms and returned to Denbigh Office by no later than Friday 26th August 2022 by 12 noon. Any Tender received after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The Vendors reserve the right to refuse any or all offers submitted in respect of the sale. If an offer is accepted the successful party will be advised within 7 working days of the closing date (or as soon as possible thereafter but no later than 14 working days). If accepted and written notification is given to the purchaser, the offer will become legally binding in accordance with contract documents.

Services

There are mains gas, water, electricity and sewage services available in Leadbrook drive. A main sewer does cross the property and a copy of the location plan for this can be provided by the Agents. There was a water supply to the brick building, but this has not been in use for a number of years and therefore we advise interested parties to do their own due diligence.
