We offer clients a full range of valuation services for commercial, agricultural and residential properties situated across North and Mid-Wales and the Border Counties of Cheshire, Shropshire and the Wirral Peninsula.

Our clients include the majority of High Street Banks, together with Lending Institutions and Financial Organisations including Insurance Companies and similar providers, a comprehensive range of local and regional Solicitors, Accountants, Developers and Architects, whom we work with on a regular basis. Our services also include other Professional Organisations including the Welsh Government, Local Authorities and Public and Private companies as well as Private Individuals.

We offer a wide range of services including Valuations for loan security purposes, Business Transfers and Trade Related Valuations, alongside Tax and Estate Planning Valuations, Court proceedings and for Insurance reinstatement purposes, as well as valuations for Sale and Purchase purposes.

All our Valuers are registered with the RICS Valuers Registration Scheme and we support training programmes for recently qualified staff members.
