Note: we understand from the Rights of Way Service of Denbighshire County Council that the current Clwyd Definitive Map shows there is no recorded public right of way over the land but the vendors point out that the field is used as a short cut by people to walk their dogs etc.

METHOD OF SALE

If at the close of bidding the property has met its reserve price then the fall of the electronic gavel forms an immediate binding contract.
