Landlord's Fees

Fully Managed:

  • £200 + VAT per tenancy and then 12% + VAT of monthly rental income
  • Market property and carry out viewings.
  • Referencing.
  • Credit check applicants.
  • Prepare and sign contracts.
  • Ensure all Electric and Gas certificates are valid.
  • Ensure EPC is up to date.
  • Collect the monthly rent.
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions.
  • Deduct commission and other works.
  • Undertake one inspection visit per year and notify landlord of the outcome.
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors.
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term.
  • Deposit Bond in a relevant scheme.
  • Full Inventory Check.

Let Only:

  • One Month’s Rent + VAT (Minimum fee of £600 + VAT)
  • Market property and carry out viewings.
  • Collect and remit initial months’ rent received.
  • Provide tenant with method of payment.
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices.
  • Deposit Bond in a relevant scheme.
